Graftel is now offering calibration services for flow meters that are required to be calibrated or tested using specialty gasses. Some gas flow meters such as insertion meters, thermal mass elements, turbine meters, small rotameters and many others need to be calibrated using the meter’s flow gas in order for an accurate calibration to be performed.

Graftel can perform calibrations using any of the below gasses.

Other gasses or custom gas mixtures may be available upon request.
Calibrations may be conducted at pressures up to 500 psig and flow rates up to 1500 slm, (3000 scfh). Calibrations are performed using our laminar flow elements with a measurement uncertainty of better than 0.5% of reading.
Valve or Flow System Characterizations
can also be performed using these specialty gasses to the same high accuracies.
