In-Line Flow Measurement, 0.05 to 50 gpm

For those process lines where we can temporarily insert our portable flow standards, flow rates of up to 50 gpm may be measured. PC based Coriolis flow measurement technology with flow rate and accumulation accuracies of up to 0.1% of reading between 0.05 and 50 gpm. Liquid density may be measured with accuracies of up 0.001 g/cc. No minimum entrance or exit lengths required to achieve full rated accuracies. Measurements may be made for most nontoxic, noncorrosive liquids.

Clamp-On Non-Invasive Flow Measurement, 2” to 48” Lines

For noninvasive flow measurement on lines that do not require extreme accuracy, Graftel uses an ultrasonic flow measurement system. All that is required is a straight length of pipe and flow rates may be measured though the pipe walls with our ultrasonic flow standards. Flow rates may be measured with accuracies of up to 1% of reading. Measurements may be made for almost any type of liquid.

In-Line Flow Measurement, 50 to 10,000 gpm

For those process lines that require extreme accuracy above 50 gpm, Graftel offers a new flow measurement technology. Our balanced flow meter orifice plates may be bolted into any line that can accept a conventional orifice plate. These plates are calibrated standards that can measure flow rates with accuracies up to 0.25% of reading. No minimum entrance or exit lengths required to achieve full rated accuracies. Measurements may be made for almost any type of liquid. Permanent installations are also available.
