Gas Flow Measurement, up to 1500 slm, (3000 scfh)
Graftel uses a set of PC controlled portable laminar flow elements to achieve laboratory gas flow measurement and calibration accuracies at your facility. The following gas flows may be measured; air, nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, propane, argon, methane, ethylene, carbon dioxide, oxygen and acetylene. Other gases or custom mixtures may be used upon request.
Graftel, Inc. can calibrate almost all types of plant flow meters with accuracies of up to 0.5% of reading.
In-Line Gas and Steam Flow Measurement
For those large or high flow lines containing gas or steam, Graftel offers a new flow measurement technology. Our balanced flow meter orifice plates may be bolted into any line that can accept a conventional orifice plate. These plates are calibrated standards that can measure flow rates with accuracies up to 0.5% of reading. No minimum entrance or exit lengths required to achieve full rated accuracies. Measurements may be made for almost any gas. Permanent installations are also available.
